**Day 1: “Bloom Where You Are Planted”** Kickstart your week with a mindset makeover. Today, embrace the idea that your mental garden directly influences your health. Share motivational quotes about blooming, ideally set against visuals of colorful flowers. Snap pictures of your favorite blooms and tag #BloomingToVitality.
